Val Di Sole
A land that becomes part of your life story
Returning to Val di Sole after seven years felt like coming home. We partnered with the APT team to move beyond traditional tourism, creating a 'Territory of Stories' that explores the profound bond between land and life. Through two cinematic films, we translated the essence of trust, perseverance, and the timeless act of returning to where we belong.

01. THE STORIES
A new way to see
The story of Alessandro Daldoss, who lost his sight at 25 but found a new strength. This film explores the life lesson of "going all in" and the profound power of relying on another’s voice to navigate the peaks of life.

I Will Return to You
A visual poem tracing a bond from childhood to adulthood. It captures the essence of a land that becomes part of your life story—a place where you return to find your roots and build a future.

A NEW WAY TO SEE

I'LL RETURN TO YOU

02. THE MISSION
Illuminating the invisible journey. Our goal was to pivot from a "drink-eat-see" approach to a narrative that makes the world a better place. Working as one team with the Val di Sole board, we chose to highlight the path of those often overlooked. We aimed to show that a destination isn't just a backdrop—it is a host for human transformation and a stage for connections that span generations.

03. THE APPROACH
Authentic trust and visual poems. We collaborated with talented filmmaker Erik Hedenfalk to capture two distinct narratives. For the story of Alessandro Daldoss, we focused on the shift from independence to absolute trust after his loss of sight. For our "Visual Poem" of returning, we used the symbolic act of placing stones to track a family’s evolution. Our approach was immersive: we didn't just film; we hiked, talked, and lived the stories to ensure the "Real Feel" of the valley was captured.

04. THE IMPACT
A shift in perspective. By choosing "Heartfelt" over "General," we provided Val di Sole with a library of stunning imagery and two films that resonate on a fundamental level. These stories invite travelers to see the valley not as a product, but as a place to source will, perseverance, and love. The result is a campaign that honors the raw, authentic heart of the Alps and redefines what it means to truly visit a place.
